What a fun afternoon! Gina came to my house to redesign our family/office room. It was always a hard room for me to envision where the furniture should be placed. Gina came in and started to ask me great questions about how my room is used, what my plans are for this area, etc. Then she wanted to know if I had any other pieces of furniture to use or items to put in the room. I did and she got to work rearranging things. She assured me she was OK moving things around by herself and I let her magic begin. About 2 1/2 hours later she was done moving and arranging. Her eye for detail is great! My mantle has never looked better! We discussed paint color and window treatments. Her color books are up to date with all the best colors. It was a fun afternoon and Gina has a way of seeing the finished product before she begins. My 5 year old son exclaimed "I want my birthday party in here!" Now THAT'S a compliment! ~Lori~

When it comes to decorating, I would call myself a truly aesthetically challenged person. In 1995, we moved into an older home with two upstairs bathrooms, one harvest gold and one aqua blue (we’re talking tub, toilet, and sink) – yuk! We didn’t have money for a remodel so finally, after 13 years of hating these bathrooms, I called Gina. She helped me select paint colors and accessories that totally updated and transformed the bathrooms. Moving to the master bedroom, I pointed out my dissatisfaction with a multicolored bedspread I had recently bought through a catalogue. Gina reassured me that we could transform the entire look of the room by selecting paint colors that would complement the bedspread and wood framing. She also made a few suggestions on rearranging the furniture, pictures, and lighting. I was so happy with the results that I asked her to help me spruce up the living and dining rooms. These rooms finally look warm and “put together.” I couldn’t be happier! ~Linda C~

Gina, thank you so much for re-imagining an unused office space at the EC church office! It works well as a counseling room or a prayer room. In fact we like it so much we have moved our weekly staff meetings each Tuesday into the room you re-created for us because it is cozy, comfortable and peaceful. It enhances our time of weekly togetherness by being a place where conversation easily happens. It was time for me to try something entirely new in my house. Gina came in with paint chips and fresh eyes. She picked a color that was more contemporary but would still work with what I had. She added to the new look by making smaller, more intimate furniture groupings that made it so cozy. She can see possibilities and thoroughly enjoys what she does. She is able to hear your ideas but still create a totally different look! Working with her was a fun, happy experience for me. ~Kay~
