Interior Redesign and
One Day Decorating
Interior Redesign: $175
Per Room
As seen on many HGTV programs,
Interior Redesign is one of the hottest trends in
interior decorating and is THE most
affordable way to decorate your home or office! If
you love what you have but can’t seem to achieve
that designer look, then Renewed Spaces can help
you!
Interior Redesign is an
alternative to conventional Interior Design. It
involves the artful rearrangement of the furniture,
artwork and accessories you already own and treasure
in your home. We use what you have and
make suggestions on future purchases and color
choices based on the new design. You set
the budget - we make it work!
Interior Redesign considers
function as well as style. A room can be designed
to look beautiful, but if it does not function well
your family will not use it. We
will transform your room into a space that both
pleases the eye and functions for your family.
Renewed Spaces will sit down
with you and discuss the purpose the room serves
before we ever begin the process. In that
conversation we will discuss your concerns, ideas,
and your desired results.
During the redesign, you are
encouraged to leave and enjoy some time on your own
- only to return to see the reveal!
The process begins by removing
everything from the room. With a blank slate, the
designer places furnishings, artwork, lighting and
accessories. Placement is based on proven
design elements, the desired function, and
the architecture of the room. A typical room takes
approximately 3 to 4 hours.
For the price of a small
piece of furniture, your home will have a brand new
designer look and feel! And all without the
purchase of anything new.
Our designer transforms the room
by taking the things you already have and love and
rearranging, reusing, regrouping, and renewing them
to create a whole new look!
Pricing Notes:
Additional rooms are
$125 if done at the same time. Price
includes a FREE COLOR AND PAINT CONSULTATION (a $75
value)! This is for a typical sized room
with basic contents. In cases where there is an
overabundance of accessories or furniture there may
be additional costs which will be discussed and
agreed upon before any work begins
