Home Staging:  $175 per room 

STAGING enhances and highlights your home's best features by rearranging the furniture, artwork and accessories you already own in order to sell your home quicker and more profitably.  

Selling your home can be a hard process.  The goal is to sell it quickly and for the highest price.  Once you put your home on the market, it is no longer your home - it becomes a commodity and it can be very difficult for homeowners to emotionally detach themselves.  It becomes difficult to objectively view your own home.  The idea of staging is to stage the furnishings and accessories to be a backdrop, and not a focal point.  

We will sit down and discuss what to pack up and how to best achieve an overall designer look and feel of the room by keeping the features of the home the main emphasis.  We will arrange your furnishings and accessories in unique ways to maximize your home's potential.  With Staging there is an important reason to “depersonalize” the space.  When a potential buyer views the home, you want them to imagine it as their home.  This is achieved better without someone else’s family photos or children’s drawings on the refrigerator.  It’s recommended that those items be packed and ready to find a special place in your new home.

Potential buyers first look at properties online. If the photos of the home are not visually appealing, potential buyers most likely won’t give it a second look and won’t spend time to view the property.  

Price Notes: Additional rooms are $125 if done at the same time.  Prices include a FREE COLOR AND PAINT CONSULTATION (a $75 value)!  This is for a typical sized room with basic contents.  In cases where there is an over abundance of accessories or furniture there may be additional costs which will be discussed and agreed upon before any work begins
